Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our apps (the “App”), provided by trandinhmanhavg (“AVG”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Usage Rules.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to: copy, modify or reverse engineer the App (except where law allows); use it for unlawful purposes; interfere with its operation or security; or attempt to access it in unauthorised ways.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies.
4. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, code, text and graphics, is owned by trandinhmanhavg or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms give you no ownership rights in the App.
5. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, trandinhmanhavg will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.
9. Changes
We may modify the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer laws apply.
